Jean-François Mezei@jcolp Many moons ago, I was with Rogers at $30/month for 30 minutes. My contract was about to expire but my battery needed changing. Called Rogers, and no deal. I said "fine". Subscribed to Fido for $20 for 100 minutes billed by the second. (big difference).
A month later, Rogers called me and wanted to win me back. I told the guy that the time to keep me was when I phoned on renewall. Because they didn't want to deal then, it was too late now since they already lost me. (this was 1997)
