Tim HI enjoyed watching this koi feeding on the algae on the bottom of the large pond at the allotments this evening. Unfortunately, or fortunately (depending on the viewpt) they are under discussion of being moved. As can be seen in the vid the pond is in danger of silting up 😔 #koi #carp #kent #england
It froze when it came close to the bank, having spotted me, I reckon. Nobody's told them that this tactic doesn't work when you're bright orange! 😁

@Lorraine We're told they will be put into local angling ponds (we have several old gravel pits nearby used for this purpose). I've also been told that they are "barb-free hooks only", which is something, I suppose. I don't think the plans are going down all that well 😐
