The reason #CanadaPost is broke is because packages sit in warehouses for days without moving. It’s a shit service that was absolutely ripe for disruption and that’s what happened. If you have crap service, people build and look for alternatives.

Blame the management, blame the union…they are both responsible for killing Canada Post.
