RE2 (98) Who did you give the SMG and/or Side Pack to?

In Classic RE2 you find an SMG and Side Pack (2 extra inventory space) that Claire and/or Leon can take. Once you take one you can take the other as well but are prompted to leave the other item for the other character, but you can grab both anyways leaving the other character with nothing. I...
