And yeah, I ate some fruit, a couple slices of rugbrød, drank an isotonic drink, and gulped a shitload of water during breaks 😁

Actually, since I’m heavy but strong and the same goes for my legs, my current sweet spot is at a lower cadence with higher resistance heh. It’s one of the things I’m working on, though 🙂
