I remember when OkCupid touted itself to be different from the rest. Then they sold out. If that wasn't a clue, not sure what else.

@hub Yeah, but this dates back to 2014 when AFAIK they were still offering a service that was usable, and even great.

Meanwhile, last time I logged in I didn't even recognise the place. All my explanations and most of my answers were gone! (Given that answering OKC questions had been a frequent insomnia activity, there were a lot of them.) That was what made me finally delete my profile.
