Are there like two machines in one rack in Buxtehude somewhere or is it a lot of machines in various places with redundant connectivity? Is there a page that describes the infra anywhere?
n0toose@phf @jbowen @Codeberg @codebergstatus There is, although I have to say that although we have been making behind-the-scenes progress to improve and professionalize (and adjust software setups that would've only been possible for e.g. self-hosters), your characterization isn't entirely entirely wrong when talking about Codeberg.org strictly.

@phf @jbowen @Codeberg @codebergstatus One thing that impresses, amazes and/or horrifies people is that we run on donated (i.e. recycled) hardware that still performs rather well for the purpose it's intended – sometimes even better than new ones on the value-for-money scale. We described some of that in our latest blog post.
