Yes, I've regenerated them straight from the ROM data :)
@Jayenkai now I see other characters were wrong too, like 'b' and `j`, and '#", and the legal paragraph sign...

@Jayenkai You aren't :-) I already made sure they'll be pixel perfect to accurately represent the ROM charset, not re-drawing these from the scans — only keeping the exact rendering style :)
@Jayenkai Threw the 0-31 control char glyphs to an appendix too!
It's actually helpful to have someone remembering where the manual was wrong :) (there were a few places)
