Here is (most of) my lifetime of running, as shown in TrainAsOne over 11 years. It started when I was 39, and shows up until now, when I'm 50.

It includes two bouts of pneumonia, three surgical recoveries, covid lockdowns, and a hormonal gender transition.

What's facinating to me though is that my current total load is almost equal to what it was when I was at the peak of my running form, and my acute (short term) load is higher than it was back then!

The second image shows the change in my pace over those years. Each line represents my pace at a different point, whether it be my pace at my VO2Max, my lactate threshold or my maximum running efficiency.

Looking at it all in one place didn't really tell me anything new as such, but it's pretty amazing to be able to view my entire running history in one place like that
