Happy Rabbit Reparations Day!

Deke's previous owners bought him as an Easter gift for their young child, then abandoned him outside. Today is an opportunity to remind folks that #rabbits are intelligent creatures, not toys, and to apologize to Deke with salad and cuddles.

Our sweet REW bunny was probably an 2020 Easter present that was released near major roads. She resisted the initial adoption by running thru parking lot puddles and under cars. She grew from a 3 pound dirty little puffball to a 13 pound sassy long eared queen of the living room.

@OrdRadical When we first got Deke, his paws were so dirty we didn't realize they were white!
