What happened to THAT? Yes, the Home Secretary's appeal against that ruling is pending in the Court of Appeal, but SO WHAT? How can the #police continue to act as if an #organisation is still "terrorist" when it ISN'T? How can it be right for the ban to remain in force pending the Home Secretary's appeal? It makes no sense!
