@peterbrown thanks for such an interesting read. In the end, as Scottie said: "you cannae break the laws of fusics" and their scientific approach to problem solving is truly remarkable (bit concerned about their wooden spoon approach to the chemistry though!)

@peterbrown this is what happens when a business is run by scientists and engineers instead of business majors and focuses on making good reliable products instead of focusing on making as much money as possible, as quickly as possible, no matter the consequences.

Almost all well known Western brands manufacturing almost anything started like this. And then the Chicago school and shareholder value ideology changed everything into a race to the bottom.
