@jalefkowit These kinds of screw ups have been happening since the very late 60's and my mother who had NOT EVER DRIVEN in any city was going to be taken to jail because they claimed HER PLATE NUMBER was seen at something ..she barely got her drivers license and drove back and forth 8 miles to town and back in her 30's back then ...*** They screwed up on reading the plate number...
