I want examples of sci-fi that foresaw shit software in space.

I don’t mean the variety of turdware that preserves company interest over individual safety. We’ve had a few of those.

I don’t mean bad guys as some variety of robot. I mean Microsoft Office style shit that barely or simply doesn’t do its one job.
