I noticed that in Southeast Asian countries, it is easy to start organizations. Everybody wants to join the community. The challenge is how to sustain them, as they often lack capital. In other countries, it is easier to earn money but more difficult to form communities.

Southeast Asians should recognize the strength of their culture, which lies in community. Start from there, and then find creative ways to monetize to keep it going.
