I thought this would be a place where an LLM would be legitimately helpful but I find it difficult to find a solution outside of enterprise that doesn't involve my data becoming training data.
@psyolus I did end up using LLM a good bit, not really sure how else to do it anymore at this point. Since HR is using LLMs to read it anyway, not sure if there is a major advantage of not using an LLM.
