The Gedzhukh Dam collapsed in Dagestan's Derbent District, evacuating residents of six villages. Most were placed with relatives, while 94 were sent to temporary shelters and eight more to the hospital. The floodwaters swept several cars off the highway, and emergency services are conducting a rescue operation.
