Since I am on a rant about invasive plants, let me share this cool little graphic about garlic mustard that the friends of the local park just sent out.

Not mentioned here is that another way this little fucker is so insidious is that it disrupts the mycorrhiza that many native plants need to grow.

@CaramelizedShallots @Axomamma we used to have a lot of garlic mustard in our yard, but then then covid lockdown hit, and we apparently ‘over-grazed’, and it never came back. It’s tasty stuff, though!

It is tasty. If you've got a hankering for it, I'm sure you'll find plenty in your local woods. Who knows, maybe you could eat your way to eradicating it in the forest too! 😃
