Ubuntu-Mate 24.04, help for understanding : No 26.04 LTS version will be released

My way to get Ubuntu-Mate 24.04. I have a Dual boot system. With the Ubuntu-Mate 24.04 Distro it was not possible to replace a former used Ubuntu Version by Ubuntu-Mate (I did denied expert modus).
