Stewart Moncure@MatthewTitus88 One story I recall from Vincent D’onfrio about that Homicide episode he did in the subway was the third rail was turned off, but because he wasn’t standing on insulated stuff, he felt a tingle come from the turned off rail. Residual electricity. #SundayFunnies
