Even if strikes on civilian infrastructure were widely labeled war crimes under the Geneva Conventions, the odds of the International Criminal Court indicting Donald Trump are extremely low. The U.S. isn’t even an ICC member, rejects its jurisdiction, and can block any United Nations Security Council referral.

@shoq The other issue with this is He has a lot of international friends with lots of money. They won't allow any consequences, because then scrutiny might be cast upon them also. The U.S. is going to have to set up a special court for this ourselves.
