It is a teeny increase, but in recent weeks Cloudflare Radar now shows #IPv6 crossing the 40% proportion threshold in traffic. It has been hovering at 39% for awhile. We'll just have to wait and see if that is the new floor.

I hope that it's symbolic nature would trigger more adoption, spread awareness or makes ISP's take it seriously, but there's no guarantee that will happen.
Regardless, here in the EU we still have a legal avenue in case of stubborn ISP's refusing to roll it out, but i prefer to keep that as a last resort measure...
