Khanna on Hasan Piker: "What should the standard of the Democrats be? Should we not go on Joe Rogan? Should we just have purity tests of canceling folks? The lesson of the last election is we've gotta be out there. We've gotta engage. It's a complex, messy, multiracial democracy. I will defend my views, but the people who are saying 'don't engage' will cost us future elections."
Finally, a Democrat who gets it. Stop trying to "housebreak" the media and go where the people are. The idea that we should only talk to friendly reporters in echo chambers is exactly why we lost the last election. Engagement isn't endorsement it's basic politics. If we keep letting "purity tests" dictate who can speak and where, we’re just guaranteeing more losses. Defend the platform, win the argument, and stop the cancel-culture nonsense. It’s a losing game.
Fascists aren’t people
The Corporate/AIPAC Take a Dive Democrats raised alarms.

You don’t have to do what Piker says. It’s not democracy without good faith debate. Shows like Alex Joes et al are not interested in good faith debates. That is why they are not worth going on.
