@EdwinG Why can't you get it?
I've had trouble before, possibly with the CRA, where I could not convince the system that I knew my own birth date.
@Cassandra Because their service is unavailable for an unspecfied reason (not a maintenance window).
It's going to be hand filling the form (on a computer) and ranting that numbers never add up between the T4 and R1 (the taxes I pay to Canada are considered part of my income in Québec!).
