It's too bad that 2 giant evil companies hating each other does not result in anything cancelling out, and will probably just cause more problems...

@brandonscript @sundogplanets ESA are currently working on that with OMLET (Orbit Maintenance via Laser MomEntum Transfer) a ground based laser to change the velocity of low orbit debris
