How about a #geothermal system for homes & institutions 🤷🏽‍♀️

@ZebKing @cabinradio there was a really interesting geothermal type project considered for Yellowknife about 15 years ago where we studied using the heat at the bottom of Con Mine to preheat fluid for a city district heating system. There was a referendum at one point because the next stage of the study would have required borrowing a chunk of money. It didn’t go through in the end. I’m not sure if geothermal has been considered in any of the small communities.
