Morrissey was always a jerk

Despite a new album and an unswayable fan base, Morrissey wants nothing more than to validate his victimhood.

@kathimmel I'm with you
@dillyd thank you for understanding. :) the rest of the band's goodness compensates for steven patrick's rancidness.
@kathimmel @dillyd Well written article! I laughed aloud a couple of times (the review of his last album and Samantha Eggers' comment after hearing his music along with her decision not to have tea with him). It's a very accurate article as well. I love the music of The Smiths but was never a fan of Morrissey's solo work. The title of this article says it all.
@photovotary @dillyd the samantha eggar tale is absolute genius.
i wish i could say the same about moz's solo stuff, but i love everything up to & including 'years of refusal'. i know. i was in deep denial.
@kathimmel Don’t beat yourself up about it. The love of music is a truly valuable thing. @dillyd
@kathimmel you inspired me to listen to How Soon Is Now. So good.
@dillyd the soundscape of that one never fails to mesmerise.
@kathimmel
I was never a big fan, i find them quite boring.
Agree about Johnny Marr, he's brilliant.
