Drank so much water, but I don't think I'm going to make the goal today 😩 It's increased as we're getting into warmer weather, and I've not adapted yet.

It's been fun to start tracking this via Apple Shortcuts and Data Jar though. At the end of the day it goes into a spreadsheet and resets.

@hejchristian hi, I actually recently got told by my GP to only drink between 1,5 and 2 liters. Drinking way more (I was doing the same) can make life harder on the kidneys and make it harder to get all the proper nutrient values out of stuff apparently. Plus you’ll have to pee constantly. Be careful!

Mine was a calculation from an old app I used to track my intake with (Waterllama), it was 2100ml before I recalculated with new climate and activity yesterday.

But I will for sure look into it more to check I'm not overdoing it. I've had the problem where I didn't drink enough before (leading to kidney stone that needed ER) so now I'm afraid 😅

and lol, yep the constant pee is a thing
