Is it possible that Microsoft Windows is not a very good computer program

@mcc Windows 10 is probably the worst version in my experience. I recall windows XP and 2000 as the best ones. Windows Vista was also terrible.

@rsada @mcc Think 10 is bad, look at how bad 11 is on bs hardware requirements alone...!
