absolutely concerning amount of people that do not know that gaining and losing weight is normal. a few pounds a day or a week are not unhealthy, or even concerning. if you're someone who experiences menstruation cycles, ~10 pounds up and down with your cycle are completely fine. its so crazy to see people genuinely concerned over gaining 2 pounds when most of that is most likely water.
if you *only* gain or only lose (without meaning to) that is reason for concern, but fluctating a few pounds is completely normal.
