A 555 timer made with vacuum tubes.

(I did not create this. Simply sharing it.)

@HopelessDemigod any idea on the type of tubes used? I pulled up a few videos and schematics online but they didn't specify the tube type

@HopelessDemigod Ahh, thank you. Not familiar with that tube as its a 7 pin sharp-cutoff pentode. Designed for use as an FM Limiter but not used very much outside that application for audio - input tubes on a tube amp for example.

He did say you can use other tubes in the video, and some perform better than others.

@HopelessDemigod hard to beat the price on a 6AU6 though. They aren’t exactly in high demand
