These fascistic, eugenicist billionaires have stated clearly that the human species would only benefit from the demise of us "useless feeders".

"Even if billions perish in the coming [...] catastrophe..we shouldn’t be too concerned".

They said [climate], but also read [forever wars, poverty, pandemics].

Understanding "longtermism": Why this suddenly influential philosophy is so toxic - Salon.com

Whatever we may "owe the future," it isn't a bizarre and dangerous ideology fueled by eugenics and capitalism

Salon.com

@DrALJONES See, I hear "longtermism" and think of encouraging people to start community and backyard gardens, suggesting people buy local goods or at least from brick and mortar stores if they're able, diversifying supply for anything you can't do in your own borders or can't fully meet the supply demand for the country, investing in whatever renewable energy resource(s) best fit your particular climate and divesting in coal, oil, and LNG that either isn't produced where you live or likely already has been more of a hindrance than help if your country has it, breaking up monopolies and duopolies as soon as they form in any sector of your economy.

I don't think of whatever fresh, cyberpunk, dystopian, christofascist hell Thiel and his sycophants are drooling at.

@disorderlyf

Which is exactly why they choose the names they do. Are they gonna call it "Fascist eugenics for The People"? 🙃
