## Community Action at City Hall: No ICE Detention in Surprise! Over **1000 people** have protested the proposed ICE detention facility in Surprise at previous city council meetings. We MUST do it again. **Surprise residents** are strongly encouraged to sign up to speak during public comment at the **Surprise City Council meeting on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:00 PM**.
