Just to be clear, a camera with a retractable lens doesn't count as a folder. Sorry you Rollei 35 shooters.
I will say that the original spirit of Folder Week was to shoot old medium format folding cameras, but we opted for inclusiveness, hence the catch phrase, if it folds, it's a folder. I'm not interested in being the folder police.
