aaron@ivory Why is searching in my own posts only finding the most recent posts? When I manually search for "from:aaronk6 search query", I will find much older posts, but not the recent ones. Is this a Mastodon quirk?

@aaronk6 The search from the icon in the top right corner is just a timeline filter. It only searches what is loaded in that view (which is why it is so fast). The explore tab is where you do real searches. But we do plan to simplify how all this works in the future.
