@scichelli Does quinoa in the pressure cooker change the flavor or texture, or just speed up cook time?
@AncTreat5358 I like using the electric pressure cooker for quinoa because it's set-it-and-forget-it. So far as I know, the results are as good as stove-top, and I can't mess it up. Including by falling asleep. :)
