The unobligated balances of amounts made available to carry out section 60110 of Public Law 117–169 (136 Stat. 2071) are rescinded. SEC. 60110. FUNDING FOR ENFORCEMENT TECHNOLOGY AND PUBLIC INFORMATION. (a) COMPLIANCE MONITORING.—In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $18,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, t...
