3 lanes north & 3 lanes south of traffic at major interstate crossroads in West Michigan.
Grand Rapids Michigan's 2nd largest city. Having north/south expressways - and east/west expressways connecting to Lansing and Detroit.
There is always a lot of traffic - and the only difference between rush hour and regular is literally speeds... regular - you might get to posted speeds with crazy people of course weaving in & out like they are going to get somewhere faster... and rush - near stopped.
Not their first rodeo with these tanker truck fires.
I remember watching one on surface street bridge over Grand River (from tall building)...
There was another - possibly near the current one.

The trucks are of course going too fast for the roadway - in these areas... and cars not helping... and today, likely cell phone distractions.
