I think the front tire is still there, just wedged in the track at a 90 degree angle, so we’re seeing it edge-on.
TuuktuukThe handle bar could be better tightened, perhaps? If the wheel manages to turn 90 degrees without the handle bar turning at all, you should have a chat with whoever services your bike!
