Has congress declared it war in any way?

Then it's not a war, no different from Iraq 20 year unfounded BS for industrial military complex stealing tax dollars helping to fund an overthrow, (trillion dollar defense - um war department) which starts wars with more lies and no one does a damn thing about it.
