The warm light soon vanished behind clouds, but I managed to get a few shots of them scampering around our yard this morning. #SquirrelSaturday #FujifilmXT5
@analogfusion What lens are you using for these photos?
@tomnorthfilm Those were all shot with the Fujinon XF100-400 zoom. I believe all of these were fully zoomed in, which makes them ~600mm in terms of 35mm / FF.
@analogfusion Thanks for this info. How are you getting on with you XT5? I recall that at first you weren't sure about it. I'm enjoying my XT2, but every once in a while I'm tempted by some of the features in the XT5, notably IBIS and Bluetooth for geotagging.

@tomnorthfilm You're quite welcome. 🙂

I was initially disappointed with the build quality of the X-T5 after using an X-T2. But despite it feeling comparatively lightweight, I haven't had any issues it so far. It's been a solid performer.

The IBIS is handy, especially when using 3rd party lenses that lack any.There's an X-T6 in the works, but I'm waiting to see what it offers. It's likely I'll end up skipping a generation if there aren't any super compelling updates.

@analogfusion Makes sense. I'm going to sit tight with my XT2 for now. The IBIS would be nice but it's not crucial for me. Longer battery life would also be nice, but again, not a show-stopper.
@analogfusion Perhaps if an X-T6 does come out, if prices on the X-T5 drop on the used market I might sniff around some more.
@tomnorthfilm If you decide to stick with your X-T2 for a while longer, you might look to see if you can find the battery grip on the used market. It adds some heft but the extra batteries mean you can easily shoot all day.
