We all should push back against OS-level age verification laws. So far, there is absolutely no proof that they are needed or even efficient. In fact, most tech-based age verification systems seem to either fail or collect copious amounts of data.

@kdkorte Like Digital ID, age verification will not work. It will fail at a basic level. My 13 year old grandson will simply ask grandma, or some other soft adult to login in for them. Or more deceitful persons will log and note other login details or use their ubi key etc.

Age verification does not work. It is a waste of time. Just not worth the effort and expense.

And, heaven alone only knows what the unintended consequences are.
