While playing WoW, I kept changing and altering all UIs I could find but none were what I actually wanted, so, logically, I said "fine, I'll just do it myself".

So here's some player and target UIs (mid top and mid bottom). Player info shows up if in combat, and out of combat only if bar isn't full. And its all animated babyyyyy
