Hey that's fun - I made some instant ramen very early this morning. The best before date was back in '24, but they were as good as ever.

@sb And I had a friend teach me a long time ago a special variation that's great as a treat sometimes. You cook the noodles and drain them. Then in a frying pan, you melt some butter and add the spice packet. Stir it up, then add the noodles and fry them up until they're a bit crispy. Yum! You can even scramble an egg with it.
