My bag got pulled for extra screening. The reason? I had a folded up newspaper in it. When the TSA agent pulled it out, she said, “A newspaper‽ Where did you get that? Who has a newspaper in 2026??”

@jessamyn I’m a huge fan of the interrobang, so much so that I made sure my phone autocorrects any use of ?! into its proper form.

I’ve done similar.

I used to copy out of text files.

Then I created scripts that inject the character into the clipboard; <symbol name>-symbol-to-clipboard.sh.

I also have a script that will show all of the characters and script names; show-symbols.sh.

Use what works best for you.
