I made so much progress and none of it got saved
I'm not actually sure which things were permanent but omg. that was a waste of a few hours

I went back to check the chapel and then went back down to do the angels but nothing happened
I'm so mad I still haven't gotten a good a run as the one when I OOMed before I could save bc I unlocked one antechamber door AND actually reached it AND got down to the basement hrmph
the thing is that it genuinely is when you get a good run and it sucks when you get a bad run lol

a lot of the puzzles don't seem to have anything to do with making further progress so it really seems like the way you win the game (get all four levers) is if you just get lucky

I don't really know why it's at all possible to increase security level but it makes me think that it's going to suddenly turn into a horror game and a Monster is going to chase me through the House and the only way to slow it down is to keycard lock doors behind me

okay well I've set everything up so that if I get lucky enough again to find a lever and reach the antechamber and have enough steps I can get all the way back down to the sanctum via either the foundation or the fountain to work the north lever and then back up to the antechamber then I can get to room 46
I guess this is for a completely new game but if I knew the location of the foundation would be important I would have waited to put it closer to the antechamber lol

I understand that the game is designed around the mechanic of resetting each day but the in-universe justification was that I didn't own the manor so had to leave everything behind and go sleep in my tent. but I OWN the manor now it's MINE why can't I sleep in the manor and retain my inventory
I'm reorganizing my notes and these are the questions I have left:
- what is the safe code 9083 for?
- where are letters 1, 2, 3, 5, 6? where are the four other safes?
- where is the third microchip?
- what are the classroom puzzles for?
- what is at the bottom of the reservoir?
- what is the music sheet message?
- what is in the book A New Clue?
- what are in the inner sanctum rooms?
