Oh, yeah, I'm pumped to see that my mint is spreading. The dude at the garden store warned me, but I, for one, welcome our mint overlords. #TeamMint
If mint is taking over your yard, here's a tip: chop it up and put it on everything.
@sgillies coincidentally I'm drinking this stuff at this very moment; highly recommend for using up tons of mint quickly https://turmericsaffron.blogspot.com/2010/02/sekanjabin-sweet-and-sour-ancient.html

@sara @SunnJax I'd better plant more mint!
@sgillies the mint in our garden is the inedible kind. It's mostly lost out to the oregano though. It's the real takeover plant (after borage, of course, but we will not speak of that)
@scruss Bummer. I'm growing very edible spearmint.
@sgillies
I have a patch of mint and it's always the last spot I mow. It smells so good.
@sgillies my small perennial garden was destroyed during the deck project so I now get to redo it, hopefully in mint (screw the HOA)
@kpdooty Spearmint is like the honey badger: it doesn't care about soil quality, or sunlight, or rules.
