New video: Commodore 1541 Disk Drive Differences

The 1541 was the ubiquitous floppy disk drive for the C64. The different drive revisions look very similar, but on the inside there are some significant differences. Not only did they use two different manufacturers for the mechanisms. But a small difference means you can't swap any two mechs around into other drive variants.

@root42 wow nice and helpfully video, i have two 1541 and in the past i exchage parts with no faer...maybe i need more fear :D
@xexer you are mostly safe. I only had issues with D500 mechs with track 0 sensor. They are easy to identify.
