🇺🇸 US removes ex-Russian finance minister from sanctions

The US Office of Foreign Assets Control said it was Mikhail Zadornov.

Zadornov headed the Russian bank Otkritie and has been under sanctions since 2022. This bank significantly financed the war against Ukraine.
