A strange hypothetical, I know, but I've been thinking: I love planes - Wouldn't it be awesome to own a private jet? Maybe even one with gold fixtures!

It'd cost so much to operate though... That's "multiple homes" money. Not to mention the environmental impact! I could never.

@emilyyoung On the other hand, a boat could also offer a freedom vibe for a fraction the price... maybe even do it entirely green. 🤔

@pawv @emilyyoung I’ve been thinking about a boat but it seems like a lot of work. Maybe a camper would be more my jam. That said experiencing the world slowly and from the water is amazing.

@h5e @emilyyoung It's not something I ever consider enough (boats). 🤔

Like even a private plane is limited by where it can go (need a landing strip). A boat, you float. ⛵

A boat should be way cheaper than owning beachfront property. You will have to rent a dock, but that has to be far cheaper than renting space to store a plane. 😅
